Deputies of regional parliament supported initiative of Primorsky region governor, Vladimir Mikhlushevsky, to sell hotel complex on Burnii Cusp in Vladivostok.

As the first vice-governor, Vasily Usoltsev, informed, it’s planned to conduct hotel complex sale an open electronic auction.

This hotel complex includes a hotel building, which readiness percentage is about 79% and a spa- building, which readiness percentage is about 52%. The initial auction price is 8.5 billion rubles, and the minimum price is 5.9 billion rubles.

All participants of auction should pay deposit in the amount 50 million rubles - this amount will be taken into account during purchasing contract calculation.

As vice-governor said, money received from this sale will be used to cover banking loan, that was taken for the hotel complex construction, and the rest amount will be returned to the regional budget to support the municipalities of Primorsky region. 

According to opinion of Sergey Sopchuk, the chairman of "United Russia" faction in Legislative Assembly of Primorsky region, hotel complex selling procedure is simple and transparent.

It should be noted, that already more than 15 major foreign companies got interested in buying this hotel complex. Among them - Lotte Holding, Marriot International, Carson Rezidor Hotel Group, Berjaya Corporation Behard, Chinese company "HongZheng" and other international brands.
